What Does My Records Department Needs to Do?


As soon as your records department gathered all the requested information, all they need to is upload, through My ROI Portal. From this point on, our records review department will verify every page of the uploaded (PHI) information.

An invoice will be generated and submitted to the requesting party for approval. Payments for the production cost are payable to your medical practice, directly by the records requester.
